Returns

It is of course possible that you want to return an order. Whatever the reason for return, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product

You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs, provided the product is unused and is returned in its original packaging. Only the costs for return are for your own account. RConsult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If the product, or its packaging, is damaged, we are forced to pass on this depreciation to you.

To exercise this right, you can contact us atcustomerservice@trackwalk.fashion. We will then provide you with the return address. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
